| 摘 要： | 我所于1984年6月至1985年1月。试用瑞士产氯丙咪嗪治疗强迫性神经症21例,并设多塞平(多虑平)治疗16例为对照组,作双盲对照观察。结果表明;氯丙咪嗪治疗强迫性神经症的疗效高于对照组。本药起效快、副作用小、口服方便。

| Abstract: | Therapeutic values of chlo-rimipramine (Swiss made) in obsessive neurosis welcompared with doxepin. 21 crses of lorimsipramine and 16 cases of doxepin were studied by double blind tests. To control the various obsessive symptoms clinically, chlorimi-pramine is more superior than doxepin. optimal effects were as a rule obser-
ved two weeks after oral administration of chlorimipramine 150 mg per day. Adverse reactions were mild and rare, chlorimipramine is therefore recommended. |
