| 摘 要： | 目的探讨多糖铁复合物预防妊娠期缺铁性贫血的疗效及服药时间对疗效的影响。方法选择我院产科门诊就诊的孕妇100例,早孕时检查无贫血及血液系统疾病,肝肾功能正常。按就诊顺序分成A、B两组,分别于妊娠49天、16周开始服用多糖铁复合物150 mg/d。服药后均于妊娠16、24周及分娩时复查血常规各项指标的变化及不良反应发生情况。结果 A组妊娠16、24周及分娩前血红蛋白（HB）浓度、红细胞压积（HCT）均明显高于B组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;A组无妊娠期缺铁性贫血发生,B组缺铁性贫血发生率14.6%（P〈0.01）;两组均无明显不良反应。结论多糖铁复合物预防妊娠期贫血疗效肯定,早孕期较妊娠16周以后补充铁剂预防妊娠期贫血效果好,而且安全、无副作用。
