| 摘 要： | 目的:研究信号转导与转录调控因子3(STAT3)和存活素(Survivin)在宫颈癌及正常宫颈组织中的表达,探讨其与宫颈癌的发生、发展、转移的关系。方法:采用链霉素抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶(SP)法检测30例宫颈癌组织、10例宫颈上皮内瘤样病变组织(CIN)和10例正常宫颈组织中STAT3和Survivin的表达,并应用自动图像分析仪定量分析STAT3和Survivin在宫颈癌组织中表达的相对含量(灰度)。结果:STAT3在正常宫颈组织中的阳性表达率为10%,在CIN组织中的阳性表达率为30%,差异无显著性(P>0.05),但有升高趋势。STAT3在宫颈癌组织中的阳性表达率为73.33%,与正常宫颈组织相比,差异有显著性(P<0.05),与CIN组织相比,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。Survivin在正常宫颈组织中的阳性表达率为0%,在CIN组织中的阳性表达率为40.00%,两者相比,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。Survivin在宫颈癌组织中的阳性表达率为86.67%,与正常宫颈组织相比,差异有显著性(P<0.05);与CIN组织相比,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。STAT3和Survivin的平均灰度值均与宫颈癌的临床分期、组织分化和淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05)。STAT3及Survivin在宫颈癌组织中的表达亦有明显的相关性(P<0.05)。结论:STAT3和Survivin与宫颈癌的恶性程度、进展及转移有关,且两者之间有明显的相关性,表明宫颈癌的发生发展可能与STAT3信号传导通路激活,细胞凋亡受抑制有关。 |
