| 摘 要： | 目的评价紫杉醇脂质体联合卡铂二线治疗复发的小细胞肺癌（small cell lung cancer,SCLC）的疗效和安全性。方法回顾性分析42例经病理学确诊的一线化疗后复发的SCLC患者紫杉醇脂质体联合卡铂二线化疗的临床资料。结果 42例患者完全缓解率7.1%,部分缓解率31.0%,中位治疗至进展时间为7.1月,中位生存时间9.4月,1年生存率23.8%;主要毒副作用Ⅲ～Ⅳ度粒细胞减少发生率为23.8%。结论紫杉醇脂质体联合卡铂二线治疗复发的SCLC的疗效和安全性均好。
