| 摘 要： | 目的探讨PINCH-1(particulary interesting new cysteine-histidine rich protein-1)蛋白与肾间质纤维化(Renal In-terstitial Fibrosis,RIF)的关系。方法选取原发性肾小球肾炎患者肾活检标本36例,根据光镜下肾小管间质的病变程度分组。采用免疫组化方法检测各组标本PINCH-1蛋白的表达,并将PINCH-1蛋白的表达与RIF程度进行相关性分析。结果 PINCH-1蛋白主要表达于病变肾小管上皮细胞,并且随肾间质病变的加重表达量增加,范围增大。肾小管间质中PINCH-1蛋白表达量与RIF病变程度呈正相关(r=0.648,P<0.05)。结论随着肾小管间质病变程度的加重,PINCH-1蛋白的表达逐渐增加,PINCH-1蛋白可能参与了RIF的进程。
