| 摘 要： | 目的调查目前三种医疗保障制度在定点医疗机构采取的支付方式,分析不同支付方式对费用控制和医疗机构经济运行情况的影响。方法采用理论与实证相结合的研究方法,以四川省内有代表性的46家定点医疗机构为对象进行研究。结果按服务项目付费仍是四川省医保费用最主要的方式,并开展了病种支付及总额控制方法的尝试。结论按病种支付及总额控制方法都有待进一步优化。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the types of payment methods and its effect in Sichuan Province.Methods Theory analysis and empirical research were used in this paper.Forty-six hospitals were analyzed in this study.Results We found that Fee for Service Method was still the main method in Sichuan Porvince and Scale Payment and Diseases Groups Method had been used to control expenxes.Conclusion We should improve Scale Payment and Diseases Groups Method. |
