帕罗西汀治疗心力衰竭伴抑郁症的临床研究

目的探讨抗抑郁治疗对心力衰竭伴抑郁症病人心功能和生活质量的影响。方法心力衰竭伴抑郁症的病人86例,随机分为治疗组45例和对照组41例。治疗组在常规药物治疗基础上加抗抑郁治疗,给予帕罗西汀20mg,早晨顿服1次;而对照组只给常规药物治疗。12周后,用生活质量量表评价生活质量,用超声心动图测定左心室射血分数。结果治疗组与对照组比较,生活质量量表得分较高（P〈0.05）;左心室射血分数较高（0.58±0.08与0.51±0.08,P〈0.01）。结论对心力衰竭伴抑郁症的病人,抗抑郁治疗能改善病人的心功能和生活质量。

Clinical study of paroxetine on congestive heart failure with depression

Objective To explore the effect of antidepression on cardiac function and quality of life in heart failure （HF） patients with depression Methods Eighty -six HF patients accompanied with depression were rangomly allocated to treatment group（ n = 45 ）and control group （n = 41 ）. The treatment group received stangard, therapy in combination with antidepression treatment, Paroxetine 20 mg per clay,while control group only received standard treatment. Twelve weeks later,the patients quality of life with quality of life index questionnaire were evaluated. The left ventrieular ejection fraction （LVEF） was examined by echocardiography. Results As compared with the control, the quality of life in treatment group were improved significantly （P 〈 0. 05 ）, and LVEF was significantly higher （0. 58 ± 0. 08 vs 0. 51 ± 0. 08, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion antidepression treatment can obviously improve the patients＇quality of life and cardiac function in HF patients with depression.
