米非司酮加米索前列腺醇用于终止12～20周妊娠临床观察

目的观察比较单用羊膜腔内注射依沙吖啶针引产和米非司酮、米索前列腺醇联合应用终止12～20周妊娠的临床效果。方法200g4患者随机分为两组，依沙吖啶引产组100例，米非司酮米、米索前列腺醇联合用药组100例，分别采用依沙吖啶针100mg羊膜腔内注射，米非司酮非司酮150mg分服、米索前列腺醇片600ug，顿服。结果观察组与对照组比较其宫缩发动时间、宫缩强度、宫颈松弛度、引产时间、阴道出血量，均有统计学意义（P〈0.05），不良反应无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论米非司酮、米索前列腺醇联合应用引产较单用利凡诺羊膜腔内注射引产简单安全。出血少、引产时间短，成功率高，临床效果好。
