一例接种乙型脑炎灭活疫苗和冻干水痘减毒活疫苗后偶合特发性血小板减少性紫癜的调查

2013年10月17日,浙江省象山县疾病预防控制中心(CDC)接到城区预防接种门诊报告,1名幼儿在接种流行性乙型脑炎灭活疫苗和冻干水痘减毒活疫苗后,出现血小板减少性紫癜,经预防接种异常反应调查诊断专家组诊断为与病毒感染有关,没有证据支持与疫苗接种有关联,属疫苗接种偶合症。
