武警护士和通信女兵心理健康状况及相关因素

目的探讨武警医院护士和通信女兵心理健康状况及影响因素。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、艾森克人格问卷简式量表中国版(EPQ-RSC)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对武警某医院127名护士和通信女兵进行测查。结果①护士消极应对和EPQ-RSC-P显著高于通信女兵(t=2.353,3.848;P0.05)。护士积极应对显著高于全国常模(t=2.873,P0.01),护士和通信女兵消极应对均显著低于全国常模(t=-8.672,-7.452;P均0.01)。护士和通信女兵EPQ-RSC-P均显著低于全国常模(t=-4.275,-0.345;P均0.01)。护士EPQ-RSC-E显著高于全国常模(t=2.035,P0.05),EPQ-RSC-N显著低于全国常模(t=-2.709,P0.01),护士和通信女兵EPQ-RSC-L均极显著高于全国常模(t=6.608,3.280;P均0.01);②护士人际敏感、抑郁、敌对、恐怖、偏执均显著低于全国常模(t=-5.784,-2.838,-2.001,-2.612,-2.188;P0.01或0.05);③护士和通信女兵客观支持均显著高于全国常模(t=-5.867,3.445;P均0.01)。通信女兵支持总分显著高于全国常模(t=2.256,P0.05);④通信女兵消极应对显著低于合同制护士(F=3.342,P0.05)。通信女兵EPQ-RSC-P显著低于军护和合同制护士(F=8.138,P0.05)。合同制护士主观支持、支持总分均显著低于军护(F=3.649,5.758,P均0.05)。合同制护士对支持利用度显著低于军护和通信女兵(F=7.884,P0.01);⑤护士和通信女兵心理健康的主要影响因素是应对方式和EPQ-RSC-N(t=-3.105,5.773,6.075;P均0.01)。结论①护士和通信女兵心理健康状况较好,应对方式恰当,人格特征外向稳定,社会支持良好;②护士精神质较通信女兵高,合同制护士应对方式和社会支持方面不如军护和通信女兵;③消极应对和神经质者心理健康状况差。

Mental Health Status and Affecting Factors of Nurses and Female Soldiers of Communication

Objective To explore the mental health status and influencing factors of nurses and female soldiers of communication in an armed police hospital .Methods Totally 127 nurses and female soldiers of communication in an armed police hospital were investiga-ted by Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90）,Eysenck personality questionnaire revised,short scale for Chinese（EPQ-RSC）,simplified coping style questionnaire（SCSQ） and social support rating scale（SSRS）.Results ①Negative coping style and EPQ -RSC-P of nur-ses were higher than those of female soldiers of communication significantly （t=2.353,3.848;P〈0.05 or 〈0.01）.Positive coping style of nurses were higher than the national norm significantly （t=2.873,P〈0.01）.Negative coping style of nurses and female soldiers of communication were all higher than the national norm significantly （t=-8.672,-7.452;P〈0.01）.EPQ-RSC-P of nurses and fe-male soldiers of communication were all lower than the national norm significantly （t=-4.275,-0.345;P〈0.01）.EPQ-RSC-E of nurses was higher than the national norm significantly （t=2.035,P〈0.05）,and their EPQ-RSC-N was lower than that significantly（t=-2.709,P〈0.01）.EPQ-RSC-L of nurses and female soldiers of communication were all higher than the national norm significantly （t=6.608,3.280;P〈0.01）.②Interpersonal sensitivity,depression,hostility,phobia anxiety and paranoid ideation of nurses were lower than the national norm significantly （t=-5.784,-2.838,-2.001,-2.612,-2.188;P〈0.01 or 〈0.05）.③Objective support of nurses and female soldiers of communication were higher than the national norm significantly （t=-5.867,3.445;P〈0.01）.Total scores of sup-port of female soldiers of communication were higher than the national norm significantly （t=2.256,P〈0.05）.④The score of negative coping style of female soldiers of communication was lower than contract nurses significantly （F=3.342,P〈0.05）,and their EPQ -RSC-P was lower than army nurses and contract nurses significantly （F=8.138,P〈0.05）.The scores of subjective support and total scores of support of contract nurses were lower than army nurses significantly （F=3.649,5.758,P〈0.05）.Supported availabilities of contract nurses were lower than army nurses and female soldiers of communication significantly （F=7.884,P〈0.01）.⑤ Main factors affecting the mental health of nurses and female soldiers of communication were coping style and EPQ -RSC-N（ t=-3.105,5.773, 6.075;P〈0.01）.Conclusion ①The mental health status of nurses and female soldiers of communication is good ,their coping styles is appropriate ,personality characteristics is stable ,social support is good .②EPQ-RSC-P of nurses is higher than that of female sol-diers of communication .The coping styles and social support of contract nurses are poorer than those of army nurses and female soldiers of communication .③The person who have poorer mental health status are apt to use negative coping and be nervousness .
