分析中国传染病监测系统的现状,并对其进一步发展方向进行探讨。传染病监测系统是人类应对传染病不可或缺的组成部分,历经对传染病个体,疾病本身及病原体监测三次发展历程。中国传染病监测始于20世纪50年代,自建立以来一直对我国传染病防控发挥着举足轻重的作用,近年来虽然其硬件建设的完备有目共睹,但随着社会的快速发展,在信息传输的软件建设方面,其不足之处也日益凸显。有必要对中国传染病监测系统的相应对策进行调整,以使中国传染病监测信息得以保证,使该系统在今后的传染病预防控制中发挥更大作用。

Discussion on future development of communicable disease surveillance in China

Objective To understand the status quo of communicable disease surveillance system in China and provide evidence for its future development. Methods The development and performance of communicable disease surveillance system in China during the past years were analyzed, and the comparison between China＇s system and foreign countries＇ system was conducted. Results Communicable disease surveillance system is essential for the response of communicable disease epidemic, including patient surveillance, disease surveillance and pathogen surveillance. The communicable disease surveillance system in China was established in 1950＇s, which has played an important role in the prevention and control of communicable diseases. In recent years, great effort was made to improve the system, including increased investment for more equipments, but due to the rapid social development, the system faces more and more challenges, especially in its data transfer capacity. Conclusion Based on the problems in communicable disease surveillance, it is necessary to adjust the corresponding countermeasures of China＇s communicable disease surveillance system to ensure the collection of related information and improve the surveillance quality for the better prevention and control of communicable diseases.
