阿立唑哌、利培酮对精神分裂症患者血清尿酸水平的影响

目的观察阿立哌唑、利培酮治疗过程中精神分裂症患者血清尿酸水平的动态变化。方法精神分裂症患者随机分组,分别接受阿立哌唑(n=35)、利培酮(n=35)治疗;于治疗前、治疗后4、6周时测定血清尿酸水平。结果①治疗4、6周时,利培酮治疗组患者血清尿酸水平均较治疗前显著下降(分别t=3.263,3.735;P0.01);阿立哌唑治疗组患者血清尿酸水平则较治疗前无显著改变(分别t=1.562,1.848;P均0.05);②利培酮治疗组患者治疗后4、6周时的血清尿酸变化值,显著高于同期阿立哌唑治疗组血清尿酸水平的变化值(分别t=2.508,2.557;P均0.05)。结论利培酮治疗可显著降低精神分裂症患者血清尿酸水平,而阿立哌唑对血清尿酸水平影响甚小。

Efficacy of Aripiprazole and Risperidone on Serum Uric Acid Level in Schizophrenia Patients

Objective To explore the efficacy of aripiprazole and risperidone on serum uric acid level in schizophrenia patients . Methods Schizophrenia patients were randomly divided into two groups receiving continuative aripiprazole treatment （n=35）,or risper-idone treatment（n=35）.The serum uric acid level was measured before and 4,6 weeks after treatment.Results The serum uric acid level was significantly decreased in risperidone group （t=3.263,3.7352;P＆lt;0.01）at 4,6 weekend after treatment,while not significant-ly changed in aripiprazole group （t=1.562,1.848;P＆gt;0.05）.The change of serum uric acid level were significantly higher in risperi-done group than in aripiprazole group at 4,6 weekend after treatment （t=2.508,2.557;P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Risperidone has more effects on serum uric acid level decreasing than aripiprazole does .
