复方新洁尔灭消毒剂杀菌效果及毒性试验观察

摘    要:目的 :观察复方新洁尔灭消毒剂杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌的效果及其毒性。方法 :用载体定量杀菌试验和动物毒性试验测定复方新洁尔灭消毒剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌的杀灭作用 ,有机物对该消毒剂作用的影响及其毒性。结果 :试验结果显示对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌用含 15 0 0mg/L苯扎溴铵消毒剂溶液作用 1min ,杀灭率达 99.99% ,4 0 0 0mg/L苯扎溴铵消毒剂溶液作用 3min ,对白色念珠菌杀灭率达 99.99%。 5 0 %小牛血清对杀菌效果有轻度影响 ;2 5 %小牛血清对杀菌效果有无影响。将消毒剂原液放置5 4℃、RH≥ 75 %的环境中 14d ,有效成分下降率平均为 1.2 5 %。小鼠急性经口毒性试验LD50 >5 0 0 0mg/kg .bw ;对皮肤和黏膜无刺激性 ;蓄积毒性试验为弱蓄积性 ;小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验阴性。结论 :该消毒剂对细菌繁殖体、白色念珠菌有良好的杀灭作用 ,受有机物的影响小 ,性能稳定 ,无毒。对皮肤和黏膜无刺激性。使用安全。

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of compound Bromo Geraminum Disinfectant to staphylococcus aureus ATCC6537 strain, E. coli8099 strain and Candida albicans ATCC10231. strain. Methods Carrier quantitative germicidal test and animal toxicity test were used to evaluate its germicidal efficacy and toxicity. Results The results showed that the disinfectant containing 1500mg/L of Bromo Geraminum killed 99.99% of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli in 1min. The disinfectant containing 4000mg/L of Bromo Geraminum killed 99.99% of Candida albicans in 3min. The germicidal efficacy was slightly interfered by 25% of Calf serum. While no inteference by 50% of Calf serum.The available Bromo Geraminum content of the solution decreased by 1.25% in average after storing at 54℃、RH≥75% for 14 days. The mouse oral LD_ 50 of the disinfectant was >5000mg/kg.bw; Cumulative toxicity test showed weak cumulative toxicity. It was not irritative to skin and mucous membrane. Mouse bone marrow micronucleus test was negative. Conclusions: The results indicate that the compound Bromo Geraminum disinfectant is stable, no-toxicity, no-irritation to skin and mucosa of rabbit and had good germicidal effect.
