腹腔镜在肠粘连松解术中的临床运用

目的 探讨腹腔镜技术在肠粘连松解术中的临床效果.方法 分析我院32例行腹腔镜肠粘连松解术和30例行开腹肠粘连松解术患者的临床资料.比较两组手术时间、术后肠道功能恢复时间、住院时间等.结果 腹腔镜组手术时间均在1h左右,一般术后第2天胃肠功能恢复并开始进食.随访6～48个月均未见肠梗阻复发症状,开腹组术后粘连复发4例.腹腔镜组各指标均优于开腹组,差异具有统计学意义.结论 腔镜肠粘连松解术具有创伤小、出血少、手术时间短、术后恢复快和并发症少等优点,是治疗肠粘连的有效方法.

Clinical application of laparoscopy in enterolysis

Objective To explore the clinical effects of laparoscopic enterolysis. Methods The clinical data of 32 cases of laparoscopic surgery and 30 eases of routine open enterolysis in our hospital were compared. Results In the laparoscopy group, operative time was about 1 hour, after 2 days generally, gastrointestinal functional recovered and began to eat, and with no ileus while followed-up for 6 to 48 months. All the indicators were better than the laparotomy group, there were statistically significant difference. Conclusion Endoscopic enterolysis surgery might be a valuable treatment, with the advantage of small trauma, less bleeding, shorter operative time, quick recovery and less complications.
