MRI在面肌痉挛神经血管压迫病因诊断中的价值

目的：探讨面肌痉挛患者神经血管压迫病因的MR表现及其诊断价值。方法：对32例面肌痉挛患者的MR表现及手术结果进行回顾性分析。结果：32例面肌痉挛患者MR显示28例存在神经血管压迫或接触,4例可疑接触。手术结果显示,MR诊断面肌痉挛患者神经血管压迫或接触的准确率为82%。结论：MR能较清晰显示面听神经与毗邻血管之间的关系,为临床医师提供术前评估和指导治疗有极其重要的意义,MR I在面肌痉挛神经血管压迫病因诊断中具有较高的价值。

The MRI Diagnosis Value of Neurovascular Compression in Patients with Hemifacial Spasm

Objective： To evaluate the MRI findings and diagnostic value of neurovascular compression in patients with hemifacial spasm （ HFS ）. Method ： MRI manifestations and operative results of 32 patients with hemifacial spasm were reviewed retrospectively. Result：28 cases had vascular compression or contact and 4 cases had uncertain vascular contact at MR imaging, the accuracy of MRI diagnosis of vascular compression or contact was 82% . Conclusion：MRI had higher diagnostic value of vascular compression or contact in patients with hemifacial spasm.
