| Abstract: | Two new lupene-type triterpenes, sorbicins A and B, have been isolated from the chloroform-soluble fraction of the MeOH extract from the whole plant of Sorbus cashmiriana, and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic techniques including 2D NMR. Both compounds displayed urease and α-chymotrypsin inhibitory potential. |
