| 摘 要： | 选符合诊断标准的重型肝炎62例，随机分为治疗组32例，对照组30例，治疗组采用中西医结合疗法，对照组单予西药治疗，疗程30天。结果：治疗组死亡7人，病死率为21.9%(95%的可信区间为7.6%-36.2%)；对照组死亡14人，病死率为46.7%(95%的可信区间为28.8%-64.6%)，两组比较，有明显的差异（X^2=4.2488,P=0.0414)；治疗组发生死亡的危险性明显降低（OR=0.32,95%CI=0.11-0.96)；治疗组每治疗4人，可较对照组减少1例死亡患者（NNT=4.95%CI=2.05-120.19)。

| Abstract: | Sixty two cases of severe hepatitis were randomly divided into the treatment group(32 cases) and the control group(30 cases).The treatment group was treated with combined TCM and WM,and the control group was treated with WM.The treatment period was 30 days.Result:In the treatment group,7 died and the dead rate was 21.9%.In the control group,14 died and the death rate 46.7%.The difference between the two groups was significant (P=0 0414). |
