| Abstract: | From 1982 to 1992, 9 cases of aortic sinus aneurYsm were treated in our Department. Aneurysm ruptured in into right vetricle in 8 cases and into right atrium in 1 case. 2 cases associated with YSD and AI caused by aortic valve prolapse. All patients were operated on with extrocorporeal circulation. The operation, including repair of VSD and recection of aneury-sm were performd via aortiright ventricle approach and RCSP were used in 2 cases who associated with VSD and aortic valve prolapse. In other patients the operation were performed through the right ventricular or artrial incisions. |
