摘    要:目的立足于科学的监管理念,坚持科技创新,针对药品检测车运行中出现的种种问题,灵活运用各种方式予以解决。方法通过建立应急模型和通用模型等方式有效解决近红外模型少的问题;及时收集各地区发布的假劣药品信息,有效地使药品信息查询系统得以扩展;实验室与药品检测车相结合,努力创建药品快检方法,丰富基层现场的药品检测手段。结果与结论通过科技创新与科学监管结合,提高了药品检测车的效能和抽验的靶向命中率,有效整顿了辖区内的药品市场,保障了人民群众的用药安全。

Abstract:Objective Based on the concept of scientific supervising and insisting on technological innovation, we used various ways to resolve all sorts of questions which happen in the drugs examination vehicle. Methods Through established emergency models and general models and so on, we effectively solved the lack of near-infrared models. The information collected various areas promptly the counterfeit and inferior drugs enabled the drugs information inquiry system effectively to expand. Unit the laboratory and the drugs examination vehicle, found the drugs quick assays industriously, and enrich drugs examination methods in basic field work. Results and Conclusions Through the combination of technological innovation and scientific supervision, we enhanced drugs examination vehicle potency, increased the rate of shot target, effectively cleaned up the drug markets, protected people's safety
