| 摘 要： | 间日疟现症病人用复方蒿甲醚片，于治疗前及治疗后５、１２和２４ｈ分别以大劣按蚊叮咬吸血感染，结果用药前按蚊的唾腺子孢子阳性率为７５．８２％，用药后５ｈ有极少数吸血按蚊的胃壁卵囊阳性，但唾腺中均未检出子孢子。服药后患者血内疟原虫无性体及有性体较治疗前迅速减少，表明复方蒿甲醚能迅速杀灭红内期间日疟原虫，并能抑制其在蚊体内的孢子增殖。

| Abstract: | Mosquitoes of An. dirus were allowed to bite a patient of vivax malaria before and 5 h, 12 h and 24 h after he was treated with artemether co. tablets. Breeding and dissection of the mosquitoes showed that before treatment of artemether co., the sporozoite positive rate of An. dirus was 75.82%. Few mosquitoes had oocyst in their guts and no sporozoite was found in their salivary glands 5 h after treatment. Asexual and sexual parasites reduced rapidly in patients blood after treatment. This indicated that artemether co. could kill P. vivax in erythrocytic phase and restrain the sporozoite multiplication. |
