乳牙外伤的临床分析

目的 探讨乳牙外伤的年龄、性别、牙位分布、外伤类型、继发损害等临床特点及其治疗方法.方法 回顾分析2000～2008年南京医科大学附属口腔医院儿童牙科接诊的80例115颗乳牙外伤的临床资料.结果 乳牙外伤以3～4 岁最多见,男女比例为1.8∶ 1.0.外伤牙位以上颌乳中切牙最为多见,占78.3%.外伤类型以牙齿移位最常见,占45.2%.乳牙外伤继发损害包括乳牙牙髓根尖病变,对应恒牙萌出异常等.结论 乳牙外伤是儿童牙科常见多发病,治疗应以减轻症状、预防并发症、保护恒牙胚为原则.

Investigation on Traumatic Injury of Primary Dentition
