早期乳腺癌患者生命质量及其影响因素分析

目的评价早期乳腺癌病例术后生存一年及以上患者的生命质量及其影响因素。方法运用FACT—B量表和生存质量影响因素自填式问卷对患者的生命质量进行测评。结果患者术后生命质量较好，但仍需进一步提高。术后体育锻炼、患者受教育程度、临床情况、目前的工作情况、患病年龄、是否放疗等是早期乳腺癌患者术后生命质量的影响因素。结论开展乳腺癌早诊早治，提供临床及术后康复指导，有利患者生命质量的提高。

Analysis of life quality and influencing factors in breast cancer patients at early stage

Objective To evaluate the life quality of breast cancer patients a year after operation and explore the factors influencing the life quality of the patients. Methods The factors affecting the life quality of breast cancer patients were surveyed by using self designed questionnaire and the life quality of the patients was evaluated based on the FACT - B scale. Results The life quality of the cancer patients was relatively good a year after operation but it needed enhancement. The factors that affecting the life quality breast cancer patients were with or without physical exercise, education background, clinical phasing, current status, age of illness, with or without chemotherapy, etc. Conclusion Early diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer plus rehabilitation guidance can enhance the life quality of the patients.
