| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨非创伤性股骨头坏死血液流变学改变及其临床意义。方法：对28例非创伤性股骨头坏死患者和28例正常健康者进行了血液流变学的测定。结果：患者全血低、高切粘度、血浆还原粘度、红细胞刚性指数高于正常组，有显著性差异（P＜0．05，P＜0．01）；两组的血沉、血浆粘度、红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数、血沉方程K值无明显差异（P＞0．05）。结论：非创伤性股骨头坏死患者存在血液高粘滞状态，血液高粘滞状态可能与骨坏死的发生有密切关系。
