狼疮性肾炎的临床免疫学研究

本文对21例SLE肾炎,15例SLE非肾损患者及74例健康人进行了免疫学测定的比较,其结果是 SLE肾炎组 T_γ和 T_μ细胞值低于正常对照组,而 SLE非肾损组只是 T_γ明显不同于正常组。SLE肾炎组 CH_(50)、C_2和 IgG 低于非肾损患者和正常对照组,而 ⅧR:Ag 明显高于非肾损患者。文中对 SLE肾病和 SLE非肾病组的上述变化和临床意义进行了简要的讨论。

STUDIES ON IMMUNOLOGICAL CHANGES OF LUPUS NEPHRITIS

This article deals with various immunological data of a group of SLE nephritis (composed of 17 cases of active lupus nephritis) and a group of SLE non-nephritis (composed of 15 cases of active erythematosus lupus non-nephritis),as compared to each other and also with those of 74 normal persons. The results are as follows:In SLE nephritis, Tr, Tμ were lower than those in the normal persons. But in SLE non-nephritis, only Tr was lower than the normal. While T differed not much from that of normal. A comparison of three groups showed CH50,C3 and IgG all being the lowest in SLE nephritis group,VIII R:Ag in SLE Nephritis group was obviously higher than that in SLE nonnephritis group.Mechanisms and clinical significances about the immunological changes of SLE nephritis and SLE non-nephritis group were discussed.
