目的:做好机械通气患者的呼吸道管理,避免并发症的发生。方法:对68例机械通气患者实施有效的护理措施,包括正确的体位,呼吸道的湿化,分泌物的引流,保持适当气囊压力,严格执行无菌操作,适当的心理疏导等措施。结果:患者呼吸道得到有效护理,避免并发症发生,缩短机械通气时间,减轻病人的经济负担。结论:加强呼吸道的有效管理,保持适当的气囊压力,严格执行无菌操作是机械通气患者治疗成功的关键。

Airway management and nursing experience of 68 example patients who is ventilated by machine

Objective:To strengthen the management of the patient's respiratory tract who is ventilated by the machine.Methods:To implement effective nursing measure to 68 example patients who is ventilated by machine.The measures include correct body posture,wet respiratory tract,the secretion drainage,the maintenance suitable aero cyst pressure,carrying out the asepsis operation strictly and suitable psychological unblocking.Results:The patient respiratory tract obtains effective nursing.They avoids the occurrence of complication,reduces the machinery ventilation time and lightens economic burden.Conclusion:The effective management for the respiratory tract,the suitable aerocyst pressure,the asepsis operation is the suecessful key to treat the machinery rentilate patient.
