2001～2006年广州市已婚育龄妇女妇女病普查普治情况分析

[目的]了解广州市已婚育龄妇女妇女病患病状况，为制订保障育龄妇女生殖健康有效措施提供科学依据。[方法]对2001～2006年广州市妇女病普查普治报表进行分析。[结果]2001～2006年，妇女病检查率平均为50．48％，宫颈细胞涂片率平均为42．56％；妇女病检出率平均为22．82％。妇女病检出率，城区为25．10％，郊区为19．42％（P〈0．01）。宫颈糜烂、子宫肌瘤、宫颈癌检出率分别为9．95％、2．45％、6．40／10万。宫颈糜烂、子宫肌瘤、滴虫性阴道炎的治疗率分别为79．38％、65．58％、86．32％。[结论]广州市已婚育龄妇女妇女病普查率及常见妇女病治疗率较低。

Analysis of the General Check-up and Treatment of Gynaecopathia in Married Reproductive Women in Guangzhou City from 2001 to 2006

[Objective]To understand the health condition in married reproductive women,provide scientific basis for women's reproductive health.[Methods]Data from the report forms on the general check-up and treatment of gynaecopthia in married reproductive women from 2001 to 2006 in Guangzhou city were analyzed.[Results]The average screening rate was 50.48%,the rate of cervical smear was 42.56%,the average detection rate of gynaecopthia was 22.82%,it was 25.10% in urban district and 19.42% in suburban district (P<0.01).The detection rate of cervical erosion,myoma of uterus and cervical cancer was 9.95%,2.45%,6.40/100 000 respectively.The cure rate of cervical erosion, myoma of uterus and trichomonas vaginitis was 79.38%,65.58% and 86.32% respectively from 2001 to 2006.[Conclusion]The screening and cure rate of the gynaecopthia in married reproductive women in Guangzhou was lower.
