急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿细胞中MDM_2蛋白的表达及临床意义

为研究儿童急性淋巴细胞性白血病 (ALL)患儿白血病细胞中MDM2 基因蛋白的表达水平 ,及其表达在预测化疗反应中的意义 ,采用免疫组织化学技术检测MDM2 蛋白的表达。结果 :( 1 ) 2 5例ALL细胞MDM2 蛋白的阳性率为 6 4 % ,复发组的MDM2 蛋白阳性率为 70 % ,初发组的MDM2 蛋白的阳性率为 6 0 % ,两者差异无显著性(P >0 0 5) ;但复发组MDM2 蛋白的强阳性率 ( 4 0 % )明显高于初发组MDM2 蛋白的强性率 ( 2 0 % ) (P <0 0 5)。 ( 2 )MDM2 阴性者的骨髓缓解率 ( 6 6 7% )高于阳性者 ( 31 2 % )(P <0 0 5)。结果表明MDM2 蛋白的表达对ALL患儿化疗反应有影响 ;MDM2 蛋白的检测可能预测儿童ALL细胞对化疗反应的敏感性。

Study on MDM 2 proteins expression on child acute lymphoblastic leukemia cells and its influence on chemotherapeutic efficacy. Abstract Objecitve: To explore MDM 2 gene proteins expression on child acute lymphoblastic leukemic cells and its effect on chemotherapeutic efficacy. Methods: MDM 2 gene proteins expression was assayed by immunohistochemical staining. Results: (1) The expression rate of MDM 2 gene proteins was 64% in 25 patients. The MDM 2 gene protein overpression rate (40%) was higer in relapse/refatory group than that (20%) in previously group (P<0 05). (2) The marrow complete remission rate(66 7%) of MDM 2 proteins negative cells were significantly more higher than that (31 2%) of MDM 2 proteins positive cells(P<0 05). Concluion: The expression of MDM 2 gene proteins could infulunce the chemotherapeutic efficacy and MDM2 protein may be used as a prognostic parameter for ALL children.
