摘    要:目的:应用三维有限元模型研究模拟腰部按压手法时腰椎内部结构变化。方法:使用ADINA有限元软件建立腰椎多节段三维有限元生物力学模型,模拟按压手法的条件。结果:当模拟按压作用力加至最大300N时,从椎间盘、纤堆环、髓核云图的位移变化综合比较得出:后伸10°位时临床治疗效果最好,其次为水平位时,最后为前屈30。位时的治疗效果。结论:应用三雏有限元模型可以很好的模拟各种腰部按压手法的状态,并可以得到与生物力学实验基本一致的结果,为研究腰部按压手法作用机理提供了一个好的实验手段。

Abstract:Objective:Applies the three dimensional finite element model study simulation waist holds back when the technique the lumbar vertebra internal structure change. Methods:Uses the ADINA finite element software establishment lumbar vertebra multistage three dimensional finite element biology mechanical model, the simulation holds back the technique the condition. Results: When simulates holds back the action adds to biggest 300N, from tge intervertebral disc, the textile fiber link, the nucleus pulposus cloud chart's displacement change synthesis comparison obtains: Latter extends 10° time clinical care effects to be best, when next for water prosposition, finally for anteflexion 30° time treatment results. Conclusion: Applies the three dimensional finite element model to be possible very good simulation each kind of waist to hold back the technique the condition, and may obtain with the biological mechanics experiment basic consistent result, to study the waist to hold back the technique action mechanism to provide a good experiment method.
