联合检测血清糖类抗原153、糖类抗原125、癌胚抗原在乳腺癌中的诊断价值探讨

目的:探讨肿瘤标志物糖类抗原(CA153)、糖类抗原(CA125)、癌胚抗原(CEA)联合检测在乳腺癌患者诊断中的价值。方法:收集乳腺癌患者71例(乳腺癌组),乳腺良性疾病患者58例(乳腺良性疾病组),健康查体者52例(正常对照组),采集外周血样本,运用电化学发光免疫方法(ECLIA)检测其血清CA153、CA125、CEA的含量。结果:乳腺癌组CA153、CA125、CEA含量均高于乳腺良性疾病组(P<0.05)。乳腺癌组中CA153、CA125、CEA的阳性率分别为57.7%、29.6%、23.9%,联检时阳性率为69.0%。联合检测与单项指标检测相比,敏感性明显提高。结论:联合检测血清CA153、CA125、CEA能提高乳腺癌的诊断率。

Combined analysis of CA153, CA125 and CEA in diagnosis of breast cancer

Objective: To study the value of combined assay of CA153,CA125 and CEA in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods: Peripheral blood samples were collected from 71 patients with breast cancer,58 patients with breast hyperplasia,and 52 healthy volunteers.Serum levels of CA153,CA125 and CEA were determined in electro chemiluminescent immunoassay(ECLIA) method.Results: The concentration of CA153,CA125 and CEA in breast cancer group were higher than those in benign breast diseases group(P<0.05).The sensitivity of breast cancer by detecting the three serum markers respectively was 57.7%,29.6%,23.9%,which was much lower than that detected by the combined assay(69.0%).Conclusion: The combined assay of CA153,CA125 and CEA can improve the diagnostic rate of breast cancer.
