肾移植病人妇科围手术期的处理及对策

目的了解肾移植病人妇科围手术期的处理及对策。方法对12例肾移植后接受妇科手术病人(实验组)以及28例只接受妇科手术的病人(对照组)的围手术期进行回顾性分析。结果实验组病人术前停用CsA一天,术中注意保护移植肾。手术前后CsA无明显差异(P>0.05);RBC和Hb均有一定程度的提高;而Cr和UA均有明显下降,手术前后有显著性差异(P<0.05)。手术时间及住院天数与对照组相比较,无明显差异。结论实验组的围手术期与对照组相比较有一定特殊性,需制定相应处理对策,接受妇科手术是安全和必要的。

Management of Kidney Transplant Recipients Undergoing Gynaecological Operation during Perioperation Period

Objective To study The clinical management of patient undergoing gynaecological operation after kidney transplantation during perioperation period.Method The data of 12 patients(experimental group)who received gynaecological operation after kidney transplantation and 28 patients(contrastive group) who only received gynaecological operation were analysed retrospectively.Results In the experimental group,the CsA was not given to the patients for one day before the operation and the transplant kidney was protected during the operation.There is insignificant defference in the use of CsA before and after operation(P>0.05),both RBC and Hb were elevated;Cr and UA were significantly decreased after the operaation compared to that before the operation (P<0.05).There is insignificant defference in the operation times and in-hospital days between the experimental and contrastive groups.Conclusion If the appropriate measures are taken according to the particularity of kidney transplant recipients,the recipients will safely undergo gynalcological operation.
