脑损伤动物模型制作方法的研究现状

摘    要:成功的实验 ,有赖于一个成功的动物模型的建立。本文通过对有关文献的复习 ,将建立脑损伤动物模型的方法分为加速损伤法、机械损伤法、打击损伤法、落体撞击法、压缩气击法和液压损伤法六种 ,并指出各自的优缺点及主要应用范围。文中还对理想的脑损伤模型制作方法进行了展望 ,认为液压损伤法是目前较为可行的方法之一。

Abstract:An effective experiment is closely connected with the experimental animal model.By reviewing the related article,the methods of building brain injury experimental animal model were classified in this paper as six following:acceerating injury merhod, mechanical concussion method, strike merhod, gas percussion injuty method and fluid percussion injury method. The author also pointed out the advantage or disadvantage and application of each method, prospected for the ideal method and considered the fluid percussion injuty method as a feasible method at present.
