| 摘 要： | 本文对168例糖尿病患者测定了空腹血糖(FBG)、果糖胺、HbAlc 3个糖代谢指标,进行了肌电图电生理检查,其中神经传导速度(NCV)正常者62例,NCV异常者86例,单纯H反射异常者20例,分析了FBG、果糖胺、HbAlc三者之间以及与NCV的相关性,提出高血糖在糖尿病周围神经病变的发病过程中起重要作用。

| Abstract: | One hundred and sixty-eight diabetic patients were tested for the nerve conduction velocity (NCV) of motor and sensory nerves and the tibial H reflex. It was found that 20 cases only manifestated abnormal H reflex, 86 cases had abnormal conduction with or without abnormal H reflex and 62 cases had normal NCV and H reflex. NCV had a negative correlation with fasting blood glucose (FBG) , fructosamine and HbA1c, suggesting that hyperglycemia may be closely related to the development of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. |
