| 摘 要： | 从创造良好的科研环境,吸引更多的德才兼备的科技人才;重视学科发展,加强人才梯队建设,有计划地培养二、三级学科带头人;重视留学归国人员培养,使他们在国外学到的知识能学以致用;加强人才培养,扭转“科技意识淡薄”现象,提高科技人员队伍的整体水平等4个方面对医院加强人才培养工作,促进医院可持续发展的思路、做法及成效进行了论述和探讨。

| Abstract: | To promote the hospital development through science and technology, we must create good scientific research environment to attract talents firstly. Secondly, we must focus on subject development and training the head of subject. Thirdly, we must attach importance to the oversea talents and learning for use. Fourthly, we must strengthen the training and promote the total diathesis of staff. |
