高血压病人依从性的行为倾向模式研究

运用Ｆｉｓｈｂｃｉｎ的行为倾向模式对昆明市盘龙区３６７名老年高血压病人进行服药依从性的研究。结果显示：病人是否依从医嘱长期坚持服用降压药由其依从倾向决定，而依从倾向由其对坚持服药这一特定行为的态度决定。由此建立的数学模型和回归方程可用于指导制订干预策略。高血压病人的服药依从率为３２０６％。依从者与非依从者在对坚持服药后带来的正、负影响所持的信念、对影响的评价、对周围人群对其的期望的评价及对期望的依从倾向４个方面，都存在不同程度的差异，从中可发现为提高病人依从率而进行健康教育干预的重点内容和重点人群。

Model of Conformity Behavior among Hypertension Patients

Using Fishbein's model of behavior intention,the medication compliance of 367 elderly patients with hypertension living in Kunming,Yunnan Province, was studied The findings show that the compliance behavior is directly influenced by behavioral intention which,in turn,was influenced directly by attitudes toward the behavior The medication compliance rate among those patients is as low as 32.6% Difference exists befween those who take medicine according to doctor's order and those who fail to comply with doctor's advance in beliefs about the consequence of compliance behavico and the evaluation there of .Analysis of such difference helps improve compliance to take prescribed medicine among hypertensive patients.
