| 摘 要： | [目的]观察25 (OH) D3缺乏对脊柱结核患者T淋巴细胞亚群相关的获得性免疫的影响,为完善人群结核病防治策略补充依据.[方法]选择2008～2010年间在本院骨科治疗的脊柱结核患者48例为实验组,39例健康献血者为对照组,ELISA Kit试剂盒测定血清中25 (OH) D3水平,流式细胞分析仪(美国BD公司生产)、免疫荧光法测定T淋巴细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4 +/CD8+.分析25 (OH) D3与T细胞亚群相关性.[结果]脊柱结核患者T淋巴细胞亚群、25 (OH) D3水平普遍下降,其与对照组相比较,有显著性差异.25 (OH) D3与CD4+/CD8+相关性较强(P实验组=0.014,P对照组=0.002),呈正相关关系,且实验组系数比对照组更高.[结论]25(OH) D3缺乏的脊柱结核患者T淋巴细胞亚群相关的获得性免疫水平下降,补充25 (OH)D3可能成为防治脊柱结核的有效措施.

| Abstract: | [Objective]The purpose of this study is to gain an insight into the immunological mechanism of the effection of the lack of vitamin D to T lymphocyte subgroups in spinal tuberculosis patients.[Methods]From 2008 to 2010,We chosed 48 cases of spinal tuberculosis patients to be experimental group.38 cases of health blood donor to be control group.We tested the level of 25(OH)D3 by ELISA Kit,and T lymphocyte subgroups(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+)and analyzed the correlation between 25(OH)D3 and T lymphocyte subgroups.[Results]The level of 25(OH)D3 and T lymphocyte subgroups was lower than EG.There were positive correlation between 25(OH)D3 and CD4+/CD8+.[Conclusion]The level of immunization on spinal tuberculosis patients is lower,25(OH)D3 supplementary would raise the immunopotency. |
