人参蜂王浆口服液对抗氧化酶活力的影响

摘    要:本文从亚细胞水平探讨了人参蜂王浆口服液对抗氧化酶活力的影响,并与传统的抗氧化剂VitE进行了对比性研究。结果显示小鼠经8.5Gy60Coγ射线一次性全身照射后,本口服液组小鼠肝细胞线粒体中CuZn-SOD和Mn-SOD活力均明显高于损伤组(P<0.01或(P<0.05),而与VitE组无显著差另(P>0.05);胞质中CuZn-SOD和Mn-SOD活力均明显低于损伤组(P<0.01),亦与VitE组无显著差别(P>0.05);微粒体中CAT活力明显高于损伤组及VitE组(P<0.01)。

Abstract:The effects of Oral- intake Liquid of Ginseng Royal Jully (OLGRJ) on the activities of antioxidase were probed on the subcellular level, and were compared with the traditional antioxidant vitamin E.The results showed that the activities of CuZn - SOD and Mn - SOD in the mice liver cell mitochondria of the group of OLGRJ were apparently higher than of the group of injury mice at the third day after the whole body exposure with 8. 5 Gy of 60 Co symbol 103 /f" Symbol"/s 10. 5 y - rays (P < 0. 01 and P < 0. 05). but there was significant difference from the group of vitamin E mice (P < 0. 05), the activities of CuZn SOD and Mn - SOD in the mice liver cytoplasm of the group of OLGRJ were apparently lower than of the group of injurt mice (P < 0. 01) , but also there was significant difference from the group of viatmin E mice (P < 0. 05), The activity of CA' in the mice liver microsome of the group of LOGRJ was apparently higher than of the group of injury mice an of the group of viatmin E mice(P < 0. 01).
