小切口结合电灼破坏大汗腺根治腋臭

目的：探讨小切口加电灼破坏大汗腺治疗腋鼻的可行性及有效性，方法：采用小切口加电灼破坏皮下大汗腺的手术方法，同时，结合真皮下血管网皮瓣的手术技术，对27例腋臭患者进行治疗。结果：所有患者术后腋部异味均消失，自觉症状改变满意，刀口不明显，腋部形态基本保持原样，肩关节活动如常，结论：采用小切口结合电灼破坏大汗腺的手术方法治疗腋臭，方法可行，疗效可靠持久，并发症少，且能保持腋部正常形态，功能。

Treatment of Bromhidrosis by Destroying Big Sweat Glands with Small Incision and Fulguration Technique

Objective: The purpose of this study was to explore the feasibility and effectiveness of Treatment of bromhidrosis by destroying big sweat glands with small incision and fulgurtion technique. Methods: 27 patients with bromhidrosis were treated by destroying big sweat glands with small incision and fulguation technique based on technique of hypodermatic vascular net flap. Results: Peculiar smell of all aptients treated by this method died away, improvement of subjective symptom was gratificating, cutting edage wasn't evident, axillary configuration basically kept as the former and joints shoulder function as usual. Conclusion: Treatment of bromhidrosis by destroying big sweat glands with small incision and fulguation technique was feasible, its curative effects were credible and permanent, its complications were fewer and this operation method can keep axillary configuration and function as usual.
