不同范围的骨膜剥离对兔股骨血供的影响

为了解不同范围的骨膜剥离对长骨血供的影响,我们采用放射性核素显像的方法观察了兔股骨不同范围的骨膜剥离后血供的变化情况。结果显示:骨膜完全剥离后当天血供下降(0.78,t=6.90,P〈0.01),第4、8天高于健侧;骨膜1/3剥离后当天血供无明显变化(0.95,t=0.91,P〉0.05),第4、8天均高于健侧。结果表明骨膜剥离的范围增大对血供的损伤加重,但小范围的骨膜剥离并不造成骨血供的明显下降。

Effect on the Blood Supty of the Rabbits'''' Femur by Graded Periosteal Stripping

To recognize the effect of the blood supply by graded periosteal stripping on long bone, radionuclide imaging method was used to survey the change of the blood supply of the femur by different range of perisoteal stripped in rabbits. Results showed that the blood supply of whole stripped femur decreased on the same day postoperatively, and exceeded contralateral level on the forth and eighth day. The blood supply of one third stripped femur didn't change significantly on the same day postoperatively and increased on the forth and eighth day. The above results indicated that the more the range of periosteal stripping presented, the more the decrease of bone blood supply was, but a little range of periosteal stripping didn't interfere with the blood supply of the bone.
