学龄儿童对单纯性肥胖的认知及相关行为的研究

目的:探讨学龄儿童对单纯性肥胖的认知及相关行为和生活方式。方法:采用多阶段分层整群抽样,对徐州市8所小学1~5年级学生进行问卷调查与体检,所得资料采用SPSS 11.5和stata 7.0进行统计分析。结果:徐州市学龄儿童及其家长对于肥胖已有一定的正确认知,但还很肤浅,对儿童肥胖的远期危害认识不足;营养知识欠缺,饮食结构不合理;静坐生活方式明显,但尚未对学习成绩和身体机能产生影响;肥胖儿童与家长在对肥胖的认知与控制上存在正相关性。结论:有必要深入探讨儿童肥胖的影响因素,在更高水平上开展儿童肥胖预防的健康促进活动。

The study on knowledge about simple obesity and related lifestyle and function in school age children

Objective:To investigate the knowledge about simple obesity and related lifestyle in schoolage children.Methods:A multiple stage stratified cluster sampling was conducted among 8 primaryschools,grade 1～5 in Xuzhou.The available data(questionnaire and examination)were analyzed using SPSS 11.5 and stata 7.0 software.Results:There was some correct knowledge about simple obesity in school age children and their parents,but less for them,especially longterm harm to body;shorting of knowledge about nutrition,unreasonable dietary construction and lifestyle for students;no significant effects on children's learning and physical;there were positive correlations on the knowledge about obesity prevention and control in school age children and their parents.Conclusion:It is necessary to explore childhood simple obesity influence factors,develope health promotion,prevent and control the disease on high level.
