| 摘 要： | 在大鼠胃体前壁近胃窦处浆膜下注射冰醋酸造成溃疡模型，并进一步切除双侧下颌下腺，以观察其对大鼠体重和溃疡愈合的影响。术后１４、２８、３５和５０ｄ观察溃疡愈合状况。发现下颌下腺切除明显延迟了溃疡的愈合。术后１４和２８ｄ，胃溃疡大鼠体重增长减缓。结果提示，下颌下腺产生的某些物质可能是维持机体生长和促进溃疡愈合的重要因素。

| Abstract: | The effects of extirpation of the submandibular glands on body weight and healing of ulcer in rats with experimental gastric ulcer have been investigated.Removal of the submandibular glands delayed ulcer healing when examined after l4,28,35 and 50 days of ulcer,and growth of body weight retarded when examined after l4 and 28 days,This study suggests that the submandibular gland plays an important role in healing of gastric ulcer and body growth in rat. |
