摘    要:目的 优选中药烫伤膏组方的醇提工艺条件并进行抑菌效果考察.方法 采用L9(34)正交试验法优选组方的醇提工艺,采用试管2倍稀释法测定MIC.结果 最佳工艺的影响因素:提取次数>乙醇浓度>料液比>提取时间,提取液对细菌的抑制效果较好.结论 最佳工艺用为8倍药材量的60%乙醇溶液对药材提取,提取3次,每次提取90min,且所得提取液抑菌效果明显.

Abstract:Objective To optimize the conditions of alcohol extraction of traditional Chinese medicine scald cream and study the antibacterial effect. Methods The L9 (34) orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the alcohol extraction process, and the MIC was determined by 2-fold dilution. Results The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: extraction times> ethanol concentration> solid - liquid ratio> extraction time, and the extract had better inhibitory effect on bacteria. Conclusion The optimum process was extraction of 60% ethanol solution with 8 times the amount of herbs, extraction 3 times, 90 minutes extraction, and the antibacterial effect of the extract was obvious, it can be further studied.
