益气活血祛痰法联合护理干预对老年左心相关性肺动脉高压患者6MWT和sPAP的影响

目的 探讨益气活血祛痰法联合护理干预对老年左心相关性肺动脉高压(PH)患者6 MWT和sPAP的影响.方法 选取左心相关性PH患者60例,采用随机数字表随机分为2组,对照组30例,采取常规治疗,包括给予吸氧、利尿、抗凝以及正性肌力药,并加以护理.试验组30例,在常规治疗的基础上加以口服益气活血祛痰法方药,同时配合中医护理.4周为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程.观察2组临床症状、肺动脉收缩压(sPAP)、6 min步行实验(6 MWT)距离改善情况,计算2组临床疗效.结果 试验组总有效率90.0%,对照组76.7%(P<0.05);试验组治疗前后6 MWT距离差值为(117.62±8.78)优于对照组的(83.55±34.46)(P<0.05);试验组治疗前后降低差值为(24.52±0.9)明显高于对照组的(7.30±0.58)(P<0.05).结论 益气活血祛痰法联合护理干预可调整患者脏腑功能,显著改善左心相关性PH患者的临床症状,明显改善患者的运动能力,增强心肌功能,降低肺动脉收缩压.

Effect of Yiqi Huoxue Qutan and nursing intervention on 6MWT and sPAP in elderly patients with left heart related pulmonary hypertension

Objective To explore the Effect of Yiqi Huoxue Qutan and nursing intervention on 6 MWT and sPAP in elderly patients with left heart related pulmonary hypertension. Methods Selected 60 patients with left heart correlation PH and randomly divided into two groups, control group, 30 cases treated with conventional, including giving oxygen, diuresis, anticoagulation and positive inotropic drugs, and take care. The experimental group 30 cases, on the basis of conventional treatment to oral medicine Yiqi Huoxue Qutan, cooperate with the traditional Chinese medicine nursing at the same time. 4 weeks is a course of treatment, a total of 3 courses of treatment. Observe two groups after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms, pulmonary artery systolic pressure (sPAP), 6 min walk test (6 MWT) distance to improve the situation, and carries on the statistical analysis, two groups of clinical curative effect. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 90.0%, the control group was only 76.7% (P <0.05); Care after 6 MWT in patients with two groups were improved, the experimental group before and after treatment 6 MWT distance difference is superior to that in the control group (117.62±8.78) (83.55±34.46); sPAP two groups of patients were improved after treatment nursing, the experimental group before and after treatment in the improving degree to reduce differential value is (24.52±0.9) is significantly higher than the control group (7.30±0.58), statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Qutan and nursing intervention can adjust the function of the patient's organs, significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with left heart related PH, significantly improve the patient's motor ability, enhance myocardial function, reduce pulmonary artery systolic pressure.
