| 摘 要： | 《大学生成才与职业发展》课程在大学生思想政治教育方面承担着相当重要的使命,其重要作用不可替代.因此,研究其建设效果、教学实效性等是必须不断深入进行的.研究国内外与之相关的各类教学方法,并分析这些方法对于《大学生成才与职业发展》课程的借鉴,认为该课程应结合学校专业特色开展,注重学生实践教学,不断创新教学方法,在探索中不断改进课程.

| Abstract: | The course College Students'Talent and Career Development bears the irreplaceable important role in the college students'ideological and political education. Therefore, it is necessary to study the effect of the construction and the effectiveness of teaching this course. This article summarizes the various domestic and abroad teaching methods, and analyzes these methods for thecollege students'talent and career development of the important reference. This article points out that this course should be carried out in combination with the professional characteristics of the university, pay attention to the practice teaching, innovative teaching methods, and improve the course continuously. |
