芩蓟凉血合剂治疗早期出血性痔病自身前后对照试验

目的 探讨芩蓟凉血合剂对 Ⅰ、Ⅱ 期出血性痔病患者出血性症状临床疗效及安全性分析.方法 观察168例 Ⅰ、Ⅱ 期出血性痔病患者口服芩蓟凉血合剂治疗前后便血、疼痛、黏膜糜烂、脱物、便秘等临床症状,记录便血停止时间及黏膜充血恢复时间.记录肝肾功能、凝血指标等安全性指标.患者均获随访,随访时间12个月.结果 用药后第7天随访发现便血症状改善有效率达91.07%,显效时间3~24 h,平均(5±4.2)h.出血症状缓解占36.66%,未再复发占43.88%;出血积分治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗前后痔核黏膜充血、排便频率、排便时间和排便用力程度等比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 芩蓟凉血合剂对于早期痔疮出血患者能有效缓解临床症状,有效干预痔病的临床进展,减低住院手术比例,提高患者生活质量.
