张仲景使用大枣刍议

大枣性甘温,为补中益气药食两用之佳品.张仲景使用大枣治疗病证之广泛,大枣配伍生姜调和营卫以解外邪,同时以益气养营,防止过汗伤津之用,治疗营卫不调等病证.大枣配伍利水燥湿或峻下逐水之品以缓和药性及顾护津液以防止利水太过而伤脾胃之阴,治疗水饮病证.大枣配伍降逆及人参、甘草补中之品安中养脾以恢复中焦升降之机,治疗因汗、吐、下等误治之后造成脾胃阴液已伤之胃气上逆证,以平胃气.大枣虽不是治疗疼痛之主药,但大枣性甘,用在疼痛病证当中可起到甘缓止痛之作用,治疗身痛、腹痛等各种疼痛.大枣配伍补益气血之品以增养血益气之效,治疗营卫气血两虚之血痹或阴阳两虚之虚劳失精等证.
