摘    要:目的 探讨浮针治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的有效性.方法 将70例第三腰椎横突综合征患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各35例.治疗组采用浮针疗法,对照组采用常规针刺,治疗2周后对治疗结果进行评价.结果 治疗组总有效率91.4%(痊愈15例,显效10例,有效7例),对照组总有效率85.7%(痊愈7例,显效9例,有效14例),治疗组优于对照组;在VAS评分的改善方面,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 浮针疗法可以有效减轻病人的疼痛程度,且疗效稳定,复发率小.

Abstract:Objective To explore the effectiveness of Floating-Acupuncture therapy in treating the third lumbar transverse process syndrome. Methods 70 patients with third lumbar vertebral transverse process syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 35 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Floating-Acupuncture therapy, the control group was treated with routine acupuncture,and the treatment results were evaluated after two-week treatment. Results The total effective rate was 91.4% in the treatment group and the total effective rate in the control group was 85.7% (recovery 7, excellence 9, efficiency 14 ). The treatment group was better than the control group. The improvement of the VAS score was better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Floating-Acupuncture therapy can effectively relieve the pain of patients, and the curative effect is stable, the recurrence rate is low.
