中药穴位熏蒸联合护理干预对神经根型颈椎病康复的影响

目的 探究中药穴位熏蒸联合护理干预对神经根型颈椎病康复的影响.方法 选取我院神经根型颈椎病患者86例,随机分为2组,对照组应用常规治疗及护理,试验组则在应用中药穴位熏蒸联合护理干预,3周为1个疗程,护理2个疗程.比较2组临床疗效及疼痛程度积分.结果 试验组总有效率为91.43%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);2组治疗前及治疗后3、6周比较VAS积分均明显降低,但试验组下降更明显(P<0.05).结论 中药穴位熏蒸联合护理干预可有效刺激局部穴位,加速经脉气血运行,疏通血管,降低颈部神经压迫,有效改善患者肩颈部疼痛、上肢放射痛,缓解急性病情.

Effects of Chinese medicine acupoint fumigation combined with nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type

Objective To explore effects of Chinese medicine acupoint fumigation combined with nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of cerical spondylosis of nerve root type. Methods A total of 86 patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, control group routine treatment and nursing, the experimental group is in the application of combined nursing intervention, the traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture points fumigation 3 weeks for a period of treatment, nursing 2 course of treatment. After care, compared two groups of patient's clinical curative effect and degree of pain points. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 91.43%, higher than that of the control group 80% (P<0.05); Take before and after treatment for 3, 6 weeks after treatment, the patients with pain score (VAS) measurement, results show that the experimental group significantly lower points, down significantly compared with control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Chinese medicine acupuncture combined nursing intervention can stimulate the effective local acupuncture points, meridians qi and blood running faster, dredge blood vessels, lower cervical nerve compression, and effectively improve patients with shoulder neck pain, upper limb radiation pain, alleviate the acute illness.
