| 摘 要： | 韩延华教授认为,多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的发生与肾、肝、脾三脏密切相关,尤责之于肝肾.肾虚肝郁为本病的基本病机,肾虚为致病之本,气滞、血瘀、痰湿为致病之标.补肾活血、疏肝理气是其治疗原则.并结合西医,对PCOS的诊治思路、用药特点有其独到之处.

| Abstract: | Professor HAN Yanhua thought polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is closely related tothe kidney, liver and spleen, the kidney deficiency and liver stagnation is the basic pathogenesis, and kidney deficiency is the cause, qi stagnation, blood stasis and phlegm-dampness are the causative agents. Reinforcing kidney and activating blood, soothing liver regulating qi are its therapeutic principle. Combined with western medicine, the diagnosis and treatment of PCOS, medication characteristic has its unique feature. |
