外剥内扎术联合内括约肌部分切断术预防及减轻痔术后并发症

目的 为客观评价"外剥内扎术联合内括约肌部分切断术预防及减轻痔术后并发症"的有效性、安全性和实用性.方法 选取我科2016年8月-2016年12月住院的环状混合痔病人共63例,随机分为2组,治疗组30例实行外剥内扎术联合内括约肌部分切除术,对照组33例实行单纯性外剥内扎术.通过观察2组术后疼痛、水肿、尿潴留及肛门狭窄的发生情况,比较其疗效.结果 2组术后疼痛、尿潴留程度、第24小时肛缘水肿程度及术后1个月肛门狭窄程度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 外剥内扎联合内括约肌部分切断术效果好,术后并发症少.

Clinical observation of Milligan-Morgan combined with internal sphincter resection therapy in treating postoperative complications of circumferential mixed hemorrhoid

Objective To objectively evaluate validity, security and practicability of Milligan-Morgan combined with internal sphincter resection therapy in treating postoperative complications of circumferential mixed hemorrhoid. Methods From August 2016 to December 2016, a total of 63 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. The 30 cases of treatment group were treated with Milligan-Morgan combined with internal sphincter resection therapy, 33 cases of control group were treated with Milligan-Morgan only, and compared their efficacy. The pain, edema, urinary retention and anal stenosis were observed in two groups. Results The results showed that the Milligan-Morgan combined with with internal sphincter resection therapy has good effect, less postoperative complications.
