LBL结合PBL教学法在中医院校实验诊断学肝脏功能教学中的应用

摘    要:目的 探讨LBL结合PBL教学方法 在中医院校实验诊断学肝脏功能教学中的教学效果.方法 分别采用LBL、LBL结合PBL的教学方法对A、B 2组学生就实验诊断学生化领域肝脏功能内容进行教学,评估两种教学方法的教学效果.结果 B组学生在理论知识考核及专业技能操作考核方面的表现均优于A组学生;调查问卷发现B组学生普遍认为LBL结合PBL的教学方法提高了自学能力、对肝脏功能的理解和临床应用能力.结论 LBL结合PBL教学法不仅能让学生巩固肝脏功能基本理论知识、提高临床应用能力,更培养和提高了学生的自主学习能力.

Abstract:Objective To explore the teaching effect of LBL with PBL teaching method in Chinese medicine colleges and universities for liver function field in laboratory diagnosis. Methods Adopt the LBL and PBL with PBL teaching method for liver function in A and B groups of students respectively, evaluating the effect of two kinds of teaching methods. Results The performance of B group of students superior to A group of students in the examination of theory knowledge and professional skill operation; The questionnaire survey found that B group of of students generally think LBL with PBL teaching method could improve the self-study ability, the understanding of liver function. Conclusion LBL with PBL teaching method enables students to consolidate the liver function elementary theory knowledge, improves their ability of clinical application, and trains and enhances the ability of students in clinical application of the knowledge and autonomous learning.
